Neil Green Services Ltd covers Knaresborough from our base in Ripon. Knaresborough is the furthest south of the towns we travel to. Our engineers are Gas Safe registered and work on natural gas and LPG.

For homeowners

We service and repair gas boilers, and we fit replacements when a boiler has reached the end of its life. As a Vaillant Advance installer and a Baxi accredited installer we can offer warranties of up to 10 years on selected new boilers. Our boiler installation page explains how to choose the right type and what the work involves.

For landlords

If you let a property in Knaresborough, the gas appliances you provide must be checked every 12 months by a Gas Safe registered engineer, and your tenants must be given a copy of the record. We carry out the check and issue the record. See landlord gas safety certificates for what the law asks of you.
